This facility is looking for coverage ASAP ongoing This facility is currently short staffed Schedule: M-F 7A-3P (The facility is open to providers looking to work four 10 hour shifts per week) Call Schedule: TBD Minimum acceptance length: 1-2 weeks per month Cases: GYN, General, Ortho, Spine, ENT, GI, and Light Vascular Endo Staff: 10 MD and 17 CRNA EMR: MediTech 30-45 days to privilege Candidates must have active ACLS and BLS CPR certifications Candidates must have an active PA license Candidates must be Board Certified 220 per hour with a 8 or 10 hour guarantee M-F
