LEAD WATER MITIGATION TECHNICIAN: YOUR ROLE As a Lead Water Mitigation Technician, you'll dispatch directly from your home and oversee daily job assignments. When you're on-site, you'll manage an assistant technician and serve as our customers' main point of contact. You'll assess losses and then develop and implement drying plans. Furthermore, you'll ensure the operational readiness and upkeep of your company vehicle, manage on-call assignments, and contribute your skills during disaster recovery efforts.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU No licenses required! We are looking for someone who has the following qualifications: Dewald Academy of Drying certificate IICRC accreditation Experience in the water mitigation industry Strong understanding of the mitigation process and equipment functionality Ability to frequently lift and carry up 80 lbs. Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods Ability to work in diverse conditions (outdoors, non-air-conditioned spaces, confined areas, etc.) Ability to work in a full-face respirator, particulate mask (N95), and safety glasses or face shield Ability to work in and around sewage and microbial growth Punctual, motivated, reliable, and demonstrates strong leadership skills Preferred Qualifications : Advanced IICRC Certifications 2+ years of progressive field experience Leadership or mentorship experience Experience with project documentation software Familiarity with insurance protocols Strong communication and customer service skills Basic knowledge of building systems OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification Valid driver's license with a clean record Availability for CAT (catastrophe) deployments

YOUR HOURS This full-time reconstruction role offers multiple shift options, including: Monday–Friday: Shifts available from 7 am–4 pm, 8 am–5 pm, or 9 am–5 pm Evening, weekend, and on-call assignments
