5p – Sat 6:30am, Sat:

Off, Tues – Fri – 10 hour days Otherwise: Sat 6:30a – 6:30a Or Fri 5p – 6:30 am/Sun 6:30 – 6:30 JOB DESCRIPTION

: Starting as soon as credentialed Cerner & paper charting Level II All ages, but very sick pediatrics are usually shipped to another facility as their hospital is not equipped to handle these patients Weeks needing coverage:

1/6: 1 CRNA FTE for the week 1/20: 2 CRNA FTE for the week

2/03: 3 CRNA FTE for the week 2/10: 2 CRNA FTE for the week 2/24: 3 CRNA FTE for the week

3/3:

1 CRNA FTE for the week 3/10:
