IST Management is seeking a Hospitality-Office Services Associate to join Los Angeles team! The Hospitality Office Services Associate will be responsible for providing Corporate hospitality, conference room maintenance, maintenance of common spaces, assist with mail-room operations, and other on-site support services as required. Ideal candidates will possess an excellent customer service mindset, have prior relevant experience providing hospitality services in a professional environment, and must be willing to train.

Hourly Co

mpensation:

$20-$22 (DOE)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 10am-3:30pm

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities: Hospitality services, to include: conference room management (set-ups and breakdowns for meetings, arranging tables, making coffee, assist with catering), stocking supplies/inventory, load and unload dishwasher, stacking utensils and cups Ensure site common areas including kitchen and coffee area are maintained, clean, and well-stocked with supplies, and maintaining common areas Backup mailroom services as needed - process/scan/sort/delivery of mail and packages throughout site to appropriate personnel; shipping and receiving Working in a team environment and assist with tasks to ensure clients and site needs as met Procurement & ordering supplies Adhere to business procedure guidelines at all times; Take direction from supervisor and/or site manager Participate in cross-training Qualifications

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred Professional appearance and demeanor; Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment Competency in performing multiple functional tasks; Ability to meet employer's attendance policy Access to reliable transportation to and from work; Lifting up to 50 pounds
