Solution Architect
to enhance our Architecture Services team, which is responsible for guiding the evolution of our clients' IT architectures during the definition and design phases of our clients' architectural solutions. Responsibilities: Define and design architectural solutions consistent with client needs, with the strategic vision and business requirements. Translate business requirements into a complete solution architecture. This includes choosing the most suitable technologies, frameworks, and platforms. Define the general system structure, interfaces between components, and communication protocols. Must be able to communicate effectively with the technical team and business stakeholders, explaining complex technical concepts in terms understandable to non-technical people and ensuring that the solution meets business expectations. Provide technical guidance and supervision to the development team throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that the team follows best development practices, design patterns, and defined architectural guidelines. Evaluate the impact of the solution on long-term business objectives, ensuring that the architecture is not only solving the immediate problem but is also sustainable, scalable, and aligned with the overall IT strategy of the organization. Identify potential technical and project risks (e.g., performance, security, integration issues) and define strategies to mitigate them. Define quality standards and oversee testing activities to ensure that the solution is robust and reliable. Requirements: 2 to 4 years of experience in the role, gained in similar contexts. Good knowledge of major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and the Cloud Native paradigm. Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical complexity into a language understandable by non-technical clients and stakeholders. Experience in designing and planning technological solutions. Analytical and critical thinking skills aimed at identifying architectural evolutions and/or technological solutions starting from the analysis of business processes and the application context. Excellent knowledge of the main software distribution models (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, FaaS), main architectural design trends and patterns (e.g., microservices, serverless, event-driven, data-streaming, GenAI, platform engineering, Security By Design, DevSecOps, etc.), software lifecycle, main programming languages (Java, JavaScript, Python, Go), and main architectural components present in modern architectures (APIM, IAM, Reverse Proxy, Cache, BFF, Event Manager, etc.). Degree in STEM disciplines. Good knowledge of the English language. Analytical capacity, result orientation, predisposition to teamwork, people management, and effective communication are what we ask of you to join our company.
