Leads all phases of data analysis for all Enterprise analytical needs. This position reports directly to the Director of Information Technology. The work includes, Responsible for designing, ideating, planning and directly working with business intelligence teams and data scientist teams to collect and analyze information in enterprise technologies including GCP, Salesforce.com, Data Bricks & GenAI. Performing hands-on advanced data analysis involving business intelligence and advanced analytics products as well as other analytics analysis, machine learning, and visualization tools. Developing software to support reusable analysis techniques and tools to routinely apply in support of the Companys customer initiatives. If youre a PL/SQL and Python developer who loves diving deep into data, this role offers much more than just traditional programming. In addition to complex data manipulation and performance optimization, youll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects involving data science, AI, and machine learning. We use Databricks for advanced analytics and are constantly exploring the latest AI technologies to unlock insights and drive business decisions. If you enjoy spotting patterns, applying statistical techniques, and experimenting with algorithms to solve real-world problems, this is a role where your skills will truly shine. Responsibilities: Networking with internal and external stakeholders and product experts, conducting technical meetings to ensure complete coverage of problem and data gathering. Applying cloud data warehouse technologies for analysis of large datasets. Performing accurately and thoroughly data scrubbing and loading processes; ensuring data integrity and defining and developing required ELT scripts, queries, and reports. Developing complex SQL queries, conducting data analysis on new and existing data sources, and providing recommendations to improve data quality and related efficiencies. Developing, running, and evaluating data science and predictive analytics models for detection and analysis of patterns and trends in very large datasets Designing, coding, implementing, and continuously improving data pipelines, predictive and prescriptive analytical models to help design solutions for application suite. Performing testing and verification of analytics created to ensure consistent accurate results. Training the customers to use the analytics reporting tools and application Utilize GenAI to drive efficiencies and process improvement

Qualifications: Minimum Education: Bachelors degree in a STEM field with emphasis on analytics, data Science, or business analytics with 8 years of experience orMS in Data Science, Business Analytics, or MBA with concentration in Analytics in lieu of 5 years of experience. Experience PL-SQL, Python and Databricks. Experience in complex data manipulation and performance optimization and high-volume data processing. Key Skills and Competencies: Experience and proficiency in data visualization techniques. Familiarity with basic statistical methods. Advanced skills in analytics tools, database technologies, and SQL are required. Ability to develop advanced analytic data models. Ability to contribute to the design and development of data pipelines and data warehouses to support the analysis of large-scale data volumes. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy of data is required. Experience using cloud data warehouses (Big Query, Snowflake, etc..). Zebra is an equal opportunity employer. USD 106800.00 - USD 160200.00 Yearly Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience. Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement.
