Vice President of Integrated Solutions - Delivery
The Vice President of Integrated Solutions - Delivery is responsible for representing the company's corporate commitment to brand consistency by providing the Executive Vice President with In-Progress performance reports of assigned projects and provide project teams with strategic planning, administrative processes, financial oversight, issue avoidance & mitigation, schedule adherence, QA/QC, and installation techniques. Specific Responsibilities Build relationships within the organization by providing a communication conduit between the Business Units and the corporate support departments. Operate and promote the company's core values and lead by example. Participate/work with departments to ensure goals and synergy are maintained throughout the organization. Conduct job site visits to provide support, observe, and report the progress of the installation quality of the product, compliance to the contract, and financial position on a bi-weekly basis. Assist in the development and implementation of a company quality control program, company standards, procedures, codes, contract documents, etc. required to perform assigned work. Introduce, interact, train, and encourage project teams with the implementation of corporate operational processes. Work with new hires to embody corporate culture and company work ethic. This position is Full-Time, Exempt, and reports to the Executive Vice President of EaaS. Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture. Minimum 15 years' experience managing projects in excess of $50MM. Strong accounting background with P&L experience. Heavy MEP knowledge. Relationships between departments. Financials and overall project health. Encourage company culture and team ethics. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment. Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors. Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary. Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications Not applicable. Travel Requirements 50% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location. Physical/Work Environment Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Climbing stairs. Remaining in a stationary position, often kneeling, standing, or sitting for prolonged periods. Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Quiet environment. Light work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 20 pounds. Pay Range USD $177,760.00 - USD $237,250.00 /Yr.
