Needing an ECommerce Data Entry Admin

Pay Rate: $15-$19/hr
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM Job Responsibilities:
Receive, Validate and Prepare Incoming eCommerce Sales Orders Review and process incoming EDI Sales Orders Manually enter Miscellaneous Sales Orders Prepare Pick Tickets for Warehouse daily Work with Shipping Department on delivery issues Process Carrier assignments for some online retailers Tracking Lost shipments and answer customer tracking inquiries Provide customer with Order status information including tracking, shipment delays & backorder status Receive and Respond to Customer Emails, Calls or Online Inquiries Coordinate with fellow eCommerce team members to resolve product related issues or pricing inquiries Work with Accounting on Billing issues Entry of Replacement Warranty Requests & Return Orders Sorting and Filing & Other duties as assigned
Basic Requirements:
MUST be Dependable! High school Diploma Required Some College Preferred Previous Customer Service Experience within an Office setting Required Microsoft Office Experience (specifically Outlook and Excel) Experience with mainstream ERP preferred, AS400 Experience a plus but not required Excellent multi-tasking skills Strong Attention to Detail/Accuracy Excellent Organizational, Communication & Writing Skills Friendly & Professional Demeanor, Great Work Ethic
