Facility Details/Requirements: NBCRNA, DEA, CSR New Mexico License Required Hours: 7am-3pm/Call hours: 3pm-7am Call: Every 4th night; Every 4th weekend All CRNA Practice Case types: Endo, OB, Gyn, General, Ortho, Limited Pain Management Creds take 30-60 days
