The Sr. Digital Optimization Analyst is responsible for leveraging data (primarily website and app) to analyze user behavior and monitor digital experience performance across key touchpoints in the user journey. This role aims to drive growth by enhancing user experiences, increasing content engagement, improving conversions, and boosting revenue. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer experience, skilled in data storytelling, and capable of presenting actionable insights to inform digital strategies. Essential Functions

Provide analytical support for strategic and tactical initiatives, including creating models, defining methodology, sourcing and validating data, analyzing risk, and offering succinct recommendations. Develop a thorough understanding of our data warehouse and plan for future marketing data needs. Conduct A/B testing on website campaigns, analyze key digital metrics, and identify opportunities to increase engagement and conversion. Develop and present insights and recommendations based on analysis. Create and maintain dashboards, data visualizations, and performance reports. Monitor digital behavior and marketing trends. Communicate findings effectively with colleagues, managers, and senior leadership. Competencies

5+ years of experience in hospitality marketing, consultancy, or agency roles. Bachelors degree in a quantitative discipline; advanced degrees are a plus. Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google 360, Adobe, heat mapping tools, and optimization platforms. Experience with large datasets and internal reporting tools like BigQuery, Salesforce, and Excel. Strong data visualization skills using Tableau, Domo, Power BI, etc. Exceptional trend analysis and data storytelling abilities. Independent, strategic, creative thinker and team player. Work Hours
