We are looking for two motivated and organized Office Administrators to join our small but mighty business. Job Summary: The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the office. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Intake of work orders from both field and customers Handle incoming internal & customer correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail. Contract and Quote Creation Maintain and update office and field records, databases, and filing systems. Assist with the preparation of reports and other documents. Onboarding of employees, vendors, and new customers Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications: Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role within a commercial services environment Bi-Lingual or Spanish Speaking Proficiency Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
