Our law firm is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Personal Injury Trial Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success, with a deep understanding of personal injury law and a passion for advocating for clients who have suffered personal injuries. The attorney will handle cases from inception to resolution, whether by settlement or trial. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment. Why join us?

Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. Must be a member in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar. 2+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Trial Attorney. Experience with the North Carolina Court of Appeals. Demonstrated proficiency in preparing and presenting cases for trial. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Must possess strong analytical abilities to handle complex legal issues. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide an exceptional level of client service.
