Ideal candidates will combine their analytical expertise for business reporting with hands-on project management capabilities to support strategic initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and execute PMO projects aiming for standardization and excellence. Key Responsibilities: Drive follow-up action items and coordinate inputs from cross-functional teams. Facilitate the successful transition to new tools and processes. Prepare reports for various business reviews and drive follow-up actions. Manage program budgets and headcount tracking using analytical tools. Execute PMO projects to foster standardization and excellence initiatives. Must-Have Skills: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. Proven experience in Program Management. Strong Executive Reporting and Data Analytics skills. Domain Experience: Supply Chain and Robotics Operations experience preferred but not required.
