Based in the heart of SoHo, NYC, the team is building cutting-edge platforms across mobile and web to serve both workers and business operators. You'll be joining a company that values fast iteration, deep ownership, and a collaborative engineering culture. Their mission-driven approach and customer-obsessed mindset are at the core of everything they do. What You Will Do Build and scale core products across web and mobile platforms-used by both end-users and business partners Collaborate closely with the CTO and Director of Engineering to influence product direction and architecture decisions Own projects end-to-end: from design and architecture to implementation and testing Help shape a high-performance engineering culture in a startup environment Develop responsive, elegant user experiences and robust backend systems that power the platform Work with modern technologies including TypeScript, React, React Native, and Python Ideal Candidate Background 2-5+ years of professional experience as a software engineer Solid foundation in either frontend or backend development (or full stack) Experience building scalable, user-friendly applications in production environments Strong communication skills and a proactive, product-minded approach Passion for startup environments and working in-person with a collaborative team Authorization to work in the U.S. is required (visa transfer/sponsorship is available for eligible candidates) Preferred Experience with mobile development using React Native Familiarity with technologies like machine learning, AI, computer vision, or location-based services Interest in or experience with predictive algorithms or real-time monitoring systems Prior experience working on operational platforms or marketplace products Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary between $160,000 and $200,000 Attractive equity package Full-time, onsite role based in vibrant SoHo, NYC Visa sponsorship available (H1B/TN transfers supported) High-ownership culture with opportunities to grow and make a significant impact Be part of a collaborative and transparent team that values speed, quality, and innovation
