gpac is working with a client company that is seeking a results-driven

Regional Sales Manager

to lead and grow business across the Southeast region. This remote position requires a seasoned sales professional with a strong background in

convenience store (C-store)

channel sales and

broker/distributor management

within the

CPG or snack food

industry.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth in the Southeast territory.

Manage and motivate a network of brokers and distributors to exceed sales targets.

Build strong relationships with key C-store retailers and regional chains.

Monitor market trends, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Partner with marketing, operations, and category management to support product placement and promotions.

Travel throughout the region (up to 50%) for customer meetings, trade shows, and team oversight.

Qualifications:

5+ years of sales experience in CPG, preferably in

snack foods .

Proven success in

C-store sales

and

broker management(requirement)

Strong understanding of regional dynamics in the Southeast U.S.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Bachelor’s degree required
