Regional Sales and Marketing Director
to drive occupancy growth and strengthen our brand presence.
Job Summary As the Regional Sales and Marketing Director, you will oversee sales and marketing strategies for our nursing home facilities. You will lead efforts to increase resident occupancy, build relationships with referral sources, and promote our services through innovative marketing campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for senior care.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement regional sales and marketing plans to achieve occupancy goals. Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior centers, and other referral sources. Lead a team of community-based sales representatives, providing coaching and performance feedback. Design and execute marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and community outreach initiatives. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with facility administrators to ensure alignment between sales efforts and operational capabilities. Track and report on sales metrics, occupancy rates, and marketing ROI. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and community gatherings. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to marketing and sales in healthcare.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Masters preferred). 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in senior living, healthcare, or nursing home industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving occupancy growth. Strong leadership skills with experience managing a sales team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing analytics tools. Ability to travel within the region (up to 50% of the time). Passion for improving the lives of seniors and their families.
