*Responsibilities:*
* Create and serve a sophisticated selection of cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair. * Engage with guests to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations. * Maintain a polished and inviting bar area, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times. * Uphold the highest standards of beverage quality and presentation, paying attention to detail in every drink prepared. * Collaborate with our culinary team to pair beverages with menu items and create seasonal drink specials. * Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate supplies of spirits, mixers, and garnishes. * Adhere to all legal and safety regulations regarding alcohol service and consumption.
*Requirements:*
* Proven experience as a bartender in a upscale restaurant, or similar establishment. * Extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, as well as wine and spirits. * Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to anticipate and exceed guest expectations. * Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a polished appearance and demeanor. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. * Certification Required are Fayette County Food Handlers card and STARS (alcohol) * Must be over the age of 18
