SYSTEM ANALYST I
POSITION OBJECTIVE
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented System Analyst to join our team to support enterprise system operations and enhancements. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing, maintaining, and improving business-critical applications and workflows, while ensuring alignment with business needs and system capabilities.
The System Analyst will collaborate closely with Application Developers, Business Analysts, key stakeholders and other cross-functional team members to assess user requirements, evaluate system functionality, recommend available solutions, and support the implementation of system improvements.
MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY
Work closely with Business Analysts and Application Developers to review, analyze and process user requirements and work requisitions while following company SOPs. Develop program specifications and modify application systems based on user requirements while following company SOPs. Monitor and report abnormal system and application reports to the supervisor and assist the team in timely troubleshooting. Ensure data and system integrity across all applications and related support systems. Modify applications and supporting systems to meet team and department goals. Troubleshoot system-related issues to allow business and service departments complete monthly and daily closings without delays. Conduct thorough program testing to ensure that system outputs and performance align with previously defined specifications. Write technical specifications, and system operational guidelines to support future maintenance, troubleshooting, and onboarding. Train and reply to users' questions. Perform additional project and tasks assigned by the manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications: 1 year of programming /system analyst experience, or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications:
2 to 3 years of programming/system analyst experience, or equivalent experience. Minimum Qualifications:
Programming experience in some of the following languages: HTML, .NET C#, jQuery, Java Scrip and MS SQL. Foundation in MS SQL Server and SQL statement; experience in other relational databases is acceptable. Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with .NET Framework using C# Experience with source control tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps, etc.) Solid understanding in MS SQL Server and experience in writing complex SQL statements. Knowledge of business process modeling and system documentation tools.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
