We are seeking a hands-on and strategic IT Manager to join our dynamic healthcare organization. As our IT Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day technology operations across multiple clinics and ambulatory surgical centers, ensuring our infrastructure, systems, and support services empower both patients and providers. The ideal candidate is a confident people manager with strong technical expertise, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to keep our technology running smoothly and securely in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assign daily work to IT support staff, providing coaching and ensuring service expectations are met. Lead helpdesk operations, overseeing SLA-driven support workflows to enhance service delivery. Manage servers, networks, VPNs, and virtualization environments to ensure optimal performance. Administer Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and endpoint management tools such as Intune and Autopilot. Maintain clinical systems, including eClinicalWorks, ensuring system uptime and reliability. Track budgets, manage vendor relationships, and oversee licensing to ensure cost-effective operations. Ensure compliance through strong access controls and documentation practices. What About Benefits?

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 4-6 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 1-3 years supervising a team Proven experience in infrastructure support, Microsoft 365 administration, helpdesk oversight, and IT project delivery Strong working knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare IT systems preferred Proficient with Office 365, Microsoft Teams, EHR systems, and ITSM platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong judgment, initiative, and the ability to manage competing priorities Comfortable lifting equipment and traveling to local sites (10-20% of the time) About Us
