Talent Acquisition Specialist II

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist II to support our Human Resources team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist II will be responsible for acquisition and retention of talent at Immatics US through rigorous screening, selection and hiring of high caliber candidates for the organization by using professional expertise to ensure that open vacancies are managed effectively, that high quality candidates are readily available and Immatics maintains a high-quality customer service and candidate experience that positions the organization as an employer of choice. 5:00 PM; Monday to Friday; On-site Reports to: VP, Human Resources and Site Head Location: 1320 Murphy Road Suite 100 Stafford, TX 77477 What You'll Do:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist II, you will play a key role in executing the full-cycle recruitment process to hire A players at Immatics in an efficient, friendly, and timely manner as follows: Meet hiring managers in intake meeting to understand the hiring needs and complete all necessary paperwork before starting the process.

Post jobs for hire in Workday and other online platforms accurately and within 24 hours of final approval/collection of required documents.

Review all paperwork, online posting and required documentation one more time after posting the job online.

Assure excellent customer service by reviewing and triaging new applications according to the job description and intake meeting within 24 hours. Review and move candidates through the hiring stages daily.

Video/phone screen qualified candidates according to the phone screen guide and upload recommendations into Workday. Decline candidates that do not meet phone screen criteria immediately upon phone screen completion (within the same hour).

Schedule interviews

send invites to candidates and interviewers. Send interview feedback forms to the interviewers. Collect feedback from all interviewers by the end of each day.

Conduct reference checks for candidates we intend to make an offer to (within 72 hours from reference check request).

Align with own Line Manager verbally prior to making an offer to a candidate. Make an offer to candidates verbally and follow up with one in writing.

Meets mutually agreed upon phone screen, interview and hiring metrics for the position.

Ensures daily activity is documented in the Recruiter Tracking spreadsheet.

Ensures accurate data input and alignment of HR Hiring Plan with the HR Generalist so that both the Hiring Plan and HR Database reflect accurate and most up to date information by the end of each day.

Prepares and delivers recruitment status (HR Dashboard update) in weekly HR meetings if requested.

Secondary Functions:

Perform audits of all own work on a weekly basis at least to catch own or mistakes of hiring managers before they are caught by any other HR member.

Required Experience and Education:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

Minimum two years of previous HR experience related to recruiting (can be substituted with other relevant experience or education).

Excellent customer service, attention to detail, time management and follow-up skills.

Must have the ability to work independently with little to no supervision.

Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to switch gears and change processes and procedures when required by Senior HR members.

Preferred Experience and Education:

Technologically savvy (advanced Excel knowledge)

Previous high volume recruiting experience, preferably in the life sciences or from Staffing Agency fields.

Competencies:

Detail oriented, accurate, and efficient in daily work execution.

Able to work a routine focused schedule (some tasks happen on a regularly occurring calendar interval). Adherence to established processes outlined in the Hiring & Recruiting User Guide with limited supervision is a must in this role.

Work Environment:

This is a sedentary position (at least 50% of time) in a typical office environment. There may be frequent interruptions with moderate noise levels and frequent use of printers, copiers, scanners, computers and other office equipment. Ability to sit, talk, walk, hear and communicate verbally and in writing is required. Occasional lifting of objects up to 25 lbs is expected. Travel Required:
