Senior-level Epic analyst responsible for advancing the integration, optimization, and governance of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML), as well as predictive models within our Epic platform, IHIS. This role will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and strategic partner in the planning, implementation, and maintenance of AI-driven workflows across multiple Epic applications/modules, including but not limited to Ambulatory, IP ClinDoc, Clinical Decision Support, Population Health, Revenue Cycle, and Access. Will be responsible for ensuring predictive analytics tools are effectively integrated into clinical workflows, aligned with organizational strategy, and compliant with governance standards. The role requires a deep understanding of Epic functionality, a strong grasp of AI/ML concepts, and the ability to translate clinical and operational needs into scalable AI solutions that align with organizational goals and regulatory standards. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 6 years of Epic AI, predictive models and cogito reporting experience.
