Maintenance Mechanic
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. Responsibilities
Perform Lock Out/Tag Out or Confined Space tasks. Follow strict Preventive Maintenance Schedule. Troubleshoot and repair large machines and support equipment as directed by the maintenance supervisor. Respond promptly to calls from the production team to restore and adjust machines to maintain expected product rates. Perform preventive maintenance tasks and assist with changeovers as needed. Work required overtime to complete repairs and minimize machine downtime. Understand basic electrical systems (up to 480v, including 110 & 220). Work with mechanical and electrical blueprints and machinery manuals. Essential Skills
5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in mechanical and electro-mechanical systems (up to 480v, including 110 & 220). Experience with preventive maintenance schedules. Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and industrial systems. Independent and problem-solving mindset. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Technical or college degree preferred; HS/GED required. Well-rounded experience in industrial repairs across multiple areas. Experience with lathe, presses, band saws, hand tools, pipefitting, welding, brazing, burring, and air compressors/HVAC systems. Why Work Here?

This position operates on the 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM. Training will likely occur on the 1st shift, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Work primarily involves three complex machines for paper product production, handling massive rolls of paper processed at high speeds. These machines are sensitive and require frequent adjustments for speed and feed, demanding patience and precision. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.
