Die Cutter Operator
The candidate will assist machine operators in the sanding department where large rolls of sandpaper are punched into smaller, round pieces for the ends of grinders and other sanding tools. Additionally, the candidate will operate the machine to punch sandpaper. This position involves working at a fast pace in all areas, assisting operators, packaging materials, labeling, palletizing, making boxes, and helping in other areas as needed. Responsibilities Operate HMI and CNC machines while handling materials up to 35 lbs. Run a die cutter machine and monitor machinery. Calculate measurements such as weights and count all products packed. Document items placed on each pallet. Shrink-wrap final products and prepare them for shipping. Utilize computer systems and perform repetitive lifting. Assist in pulling orders, using inventory systems (scanners), putting away products, and staging products. Essential Skills Previous machine operating experience, ideally with a die cutter. Experience working on a production schedule in a manufacturing environment. Excellent attendance records. Ability to work closely with team members. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in general labor and production. Skills in packaging, labeling, and warehouse shipping. Troubleshooting and machine operation knowledge. Order selection, inventory management, and shipping and receiving experience. Why Work Here?

The plant is not climate-controlled but equipped with large fans to maintain airflow. The typical shift is from 6am to 3pm, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for earlier starts or overtime if needed.
