Carpenter
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented carpenter to join our commercial construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in framing, drywall, finish carpentry, and reading blueprints. This role involves working on a variety of commercial projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities
Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials for walls, floors, doors, windows, and fixtures. Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, trim, and hardware. Perform layout and framing for commercial buildings. Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and other trades to meet project timelines. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards. Inspect and repair damaged frameworks or other structures and fixtures. Essential Skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial carpentry. Proficient in using carpentry tools and equipment. Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings. Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks in various environments. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
