EDM Operator
We are seeking a skilled EDM Operator to join our team. The position offers two shifts: Day Shift (Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM) and Night Shift (Monday to Thursday, 5:30 PM to 4:00 AM, and Friday, 3:30 PM to 1:00 AM). Responsibilities
Load and set up parts in the EDM machine. Inspect parts for quality during order processing. Set up and operate electro-discharge machines. Perform quality inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Interpret blueprints and drawings. Troubleshoot and fix machinery defects. Prepare logs and records (travelers) to document machine operations and daily production. Set up and switch jobs as required, with training provided. Maintain a production efficiency of over 98%, emphasizing quality to minimize scrap. Essential Skills
Basic computer skills. Mechanical aptitude. Experience in CNC or other metal machine operations. Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, and other measurement tools. High School Diploma or GED. Ability to read and write in English. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Aerospace industry experience. Previous EDM machine experience. Eligibility to work in the U.S., with required documentation. Ability to complete onboarding questionnaires. Why Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
