QA Inspectors
We are seeking a dedicated QA Inspector to join our team on the 2nd shift from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm. The QA Inspector will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products by performing various tests, documenting findings, and communicating quality issues across shifts. Responsibilities
Communicate quality issues discovered to other shifts. Fill out the Quality Assurance Daily Reports. Receive shots from THM Molding and check color using the Spectrophotometer. Inspect jobs on the Thermoform Molding floor and document findings. Size parts and document findings; notify Process Techs of defects and size problems. Weigh THM parts and perform lid fit tests and leak tests when applicable. Inspect jobs on the Thermoform Printing floor and document findings. Perform various tests such as Rigidity and/or Haze & Clarity. Refer to QA sample Procedures when samples are being run in THM. Organize and file all documentation appropriately. Complete special tasks as assigned by QA Manager or Group Lead. Exercise authority to stop a press due to safety issues. Place products on hold when suspect or nonconforming and escalate QANs as necessary. Use Metal Detector to validate sample detection using sample cases. Emphasize and clarify EHS expectations, confirming safety as the number one value. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.60 - $21.35/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
