As an RFIC Test Engineer, you will perform tests on power amplifiers, LNAs, and other circuits on-chip. Additional responsibilities will include developing test methodologies, documenting test and calibration procedures, and automating test processes. Your role will be instrumental in characterizing and validating products that not only meet but exceed our customers' expectations. We need a BSEE or MSEE with at least two years of experience in RF/mmWave test and characterization of compound semiconductors and/or silicon integrated circuits up to 100GHz in frequency range. Responsibilities: Perform tests on power amplifiers, LNAs, and other circuits on-chip Maintain the Falcomm RF test lab and develop processes for lab use Set up the RF test bench for measurements and conduct manual on-wafer/on-die probing Perform characterization of device performance on RFIC devices HTOL and temperature testing Design test fixtures and circuit boards Analyze test data and prepare characterization report Develop test data processing scripts Validate setups by comparing setup performance to a standard Maintain calibrated test stations (including backups) to minimize down time Disclosure: Falcomm is an Equal Opportunity Employer; employment with Falcomm is governed on the basis of merit, competence and qualifications and will not be influenced in any manner by race, color, religion, gender, national origin/ethnicity, veteran status, disability status, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, mental or physical disability or any other legally protected status.
