Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) is looking for a friendly, customer-focused Signature Vacations Planner to connect with our valued Hilton Signature Vacation members and help them plan unforgettable experiences. What You'll Do: Make outbound calls to assist members in booking their vacation packages, delivering top-tier customer service Handle inbound calls and respond to member inquiries as needed Communicate with assigned members via email, ensuring a seamless booking experience Support the administration of the Signature Vacations program Verify vacation packages, bonus points, and contingency requirements to finalize bookings Meet (and exceed!) weekly performance metrics Schedule:

MondayFriday, with shift options from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM Compensation:
