Join our operations team in the packaging area where you will be responsible for packaging completed units according to a manufacturing process. This role does not require gowning, yet demands effective communication skills in English for audit purposes. We are looking for candidates with longevity in previous positions who are eager for long-term career opportunities and are open to learning and taking direction. Responsibilities
Package completed units according to the manufacturing process. Communicate effectively in English for audit purposes. Identify colors for labeling purposes. Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives to enhance production processes. Work collaboratively in a team environment to ensure a healthy and safe working environment. Essential Skills
Dexterity and flexibility in tasks. Punctuality and willingness to learn. Ability to use a microscope. Good hand dexterity. Ability to work overtime as needed. Additional Skills & Qualifications

The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $18.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
