Micro QC Inspector
1st and 2nd shift available, up to $26/hour Job Description
As a Quality Control Inspector, you will perform inspections of parts according to well-defined criteria using standard visual, physical, mechanical, and electrical measurements. You will have the ability to perform visual inspection on large lot sizes under a microscope and accurately document the results of inspections and testing. Maintaining all controlled documentation files and test records in a timely manner is essential, along with performing data entry into the computer. Inspections will include incoming, in-process, and final inspection. Responsibilities
Conduct inspections of parts using visual, physical, mechanical, and electrical measurements. Perform visual inspections on large lot sizes under a microscope. Accurately document inspection results and testing. Maintain controlled documentation files and test records promptly. Enter data into computer systems. Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections. Essential Skills
Experience in medical device inspection. At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to use inspection gauges and microscopes. Knowledge of ISO and GMP standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to follow SOPs and inspection procedures. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
