Assistant Regional Director For Youth Soccer Company Needed
Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with an emphasis on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. It is the Assistant Regional Director's responsibility to assist in managing all duties related to the operation of Soccer Shots. The Assistant Regional Director will be asked to aid in the following functions: Coaching and Staff Leadership: Coach as needed to cover for absent coaches and at Demos and Free Fun Days. Assisting in maintaining the master instructor schedule, handling cancellations and reschedules, as needed. Assisting in the preparation for the seasonal instructor meetings. Marketing and Communications: Performing seasonal marketing/promotions for Park and School Programs. Communicating with parents, directors, and other account representatives. Administration: Scheduling and preparing all materials to promote the upcoming Soccer Shots season. Maintaining instructor equipment and prize inventory. Sales/Growth: Meeting seasonal and annual enrollment and revenue goals by adding new park and school accounts and promoting thoroughly at each account/location. Documenting summary and follow-up notes, and completing sales day action items in a timely fashion. Benefit to you: Starting Pay - $38,000-40,000 per year Detailed Compensation Growth Package 401(k) with up to 3% company match Paid for Continuing Education in Early Childhood Education and Soccer Coaching Paid Time Off Generous Holiday Schedule What you need: Passion for early education and positively impacting youth Best candidates will excel in social interactions with directors and parents Self starter who has a keen attention to detail Reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License High School Diploma minimum, Bachelor's Degree Preferred Eligible to work in the U.S., to include passing a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check Must be 18 in accordance with Florida statutes to pass a DCF Level 2 background Check. Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30am-6:00pm Saturdays 8:30am-12:00pm Our culture: We are a young company with a lively culture.
