People Ops Generalist
to help us build and scale the foundational systems that support our growing team. As we grow quickly, we need someone who's excited to roll up their sleeves and help define how we do compensation, onboarding, development, employee experience, and more. This role is ideal for someone who wants broad exposure across HR, ops, and employee experienceand who loves solving problems, supporting people, and building great internal systems from the ground up. What You'll Do
You'll own and support a wide range of People Ops initiatives across the business, including: Compensation & Benchmarking Conduct compensation and equity benchmarking across roles and levels
Support annual compensation planning and bonus allocation processes
People Development & Engagement Support performance review cycles, leveling guides, and training initiatives
Build and run new internal initiatives like manager training, mentorship programs, and career development resources
Monitor and report on employee engagement (e.g. quarterly engagement survey)
Systems & Processes Own and maintain internal people systems (Rippling, 401k admin, headcount tracking)
Maintain central view of company-wide tech stack; evaluate and roll out new tools to support the employee experience
Partner with external counsel to manage immigration workflows (H1-B, OPT/CPT, green cards)
Employer Brand & Talent Marketing Collaborate with marketing to amplify Statsig's culture externally (e.g. blog, social, job boards)
Support recruiting team with top-of-funnel employer branding projects and partnerships
This is a new, highly cross-functional role with lots of opportunities to flex into other project areas across strategy, marketing, revenue operations, product, and more! Who We're Looking For
