This is an entry level HRBP role, helping to support the Product, Strategy and IT organizations. We will look to you to provide foundational HR guidance as well as help to implement people programs that drive employee engagement, performance and development. You will partner closely with HR leaders, HRBP's and business managers to learn how to align people strategies with business goals while getting hands on experience in talent development, talent management and organizational effectiveness. This role is located in San Jose, CA and works on a hybrid schedule (2-3 days a week in office, with Wednesday and Thursday being the main days). Relocation will not be offered. Essential duties and responsibilities: Collect and analyze data (using our data analytics tool) to identify trends and recommend actions. Partner with the Data Analytics team to bring data stories to life. Partner with HRBP's to assist in organizational planning, change management and workforce analysis. Support COE processes such as performance reviews, engagement surveys and learning and development programs. Participate and/or lead HR projects that improve operational efficiency and drive results. Manage cross functional projects and reporting during our performance cycle as well as other HR initiatives. Ensure compliance with all employment laws. Participate in employee relations matters. Project/program manager HR processes across three ELT leaders. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, psychology or related field. 2-4 years of relevant HR experience (can be a combination of internships, HR coordinator or assistant roles and academic projects) Foundational knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and employee lifecycle. Strong communication skills including succinct storytelling and presentation skills. Project management experience; able to drive projects to completion with little to no oversight. Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment. A chief multi-tasker; able to juggle between three different business units with ease. Experience with data analytics and dashboards or similar analytical work experience. (strong data manipulation skills is key) Be comfortable navigating around tactical HR practices while developing skills to deliver strategic projects. Preferred qualifications: Experience with an HRIS system such as Workday. Experience in a technical environment. Experience with data tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
