Our facility operates around the clock, providing you with a steady, reliable schedule and a dynamic work environment. What You'll Be Doing: As a Foam Extrusion Machine Operator, you'll play a vital role in producing high-quality foam products used across multiple industries. You will: Set up and operate extrusion lines according to production specs Monitor equipment to ensure consistent foam quality and output Make process adjustments (temperature, speed, air pressure, cooling, etc.) as needed Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance Conduct visual and dimensional inspections and record production data Coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure safety and efficiency Your ability to maintain consistent operation and respond quickly to line issues will be essential to minimizing downtime and meeting production goals. What You'll Bring to the Table: 3+ years of experience in manufacturing (plastics or foam extrusion highly preferred) Mechanical aptitude and experience adjusting and monitoring production equipment Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, work in hot/cold conditions, and stand for long periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality Good communication skills and a team-focused mindset Ready to take the next step?
