BayCare is looking for its newest Wound Care Assistant Nurse Manager in Winter Haven, FL. The Wound Care Assistant Nurse Manager is proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective management skills. Supports the Nurse Manager in a supervisory capacity while managing team member and patient care issues, ongoing team member performance appraisal and the hiring, counseling and terminating process. Acts as a role model for other team members and the communication of organizational information. Performs other duties as assigned. Promotes evidence-based clinical care that exemplifies the pursuit of clinical excellence. Your Role Within the Team: In this role, you will help manage patient care and support the Nurse Manager by supervising team members, addressing patient and staff concerns, and assisting with hiring, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions. You'll serve as a role model, communicate key organizational updates, and promote evidence-based practices to ensure high-quality clinical care. Why BayCare?
