Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a technical field. 6+ years leading engineering teams in web and cloud-based enterprise environments. Deep experience with Angular, Java, .NET, SQL, and Postgres. Proven ability to connect the dots between tech and business impact. Solid grasp of development standards, agile practices, and modern engineering workflows. Preferred Skills: Hands-on coding ability in Java and/or .NET. Angular expertise is a big plus. Strong collaborator with a track record of team-driven success. Fluent in dev lifecycle, operating systems, and engineering terminology.
