Healthcare Buildings role in San Diego, CA. As a Project Manager, you'll be part of a team responsible for the management of the design, procurement, construction, commissioning and activation of one or more healthcare buildings as part of a healthcare system facilities master plan. We're looking for an experienced and collaborative Project Manager who thrives when people are in sync and projects are running not just on time but within budget. Based at a client site, reporting directly to the Program Manager and working alongside other project managers, you'll be responsible not only for the overall project delivery, but also for the management of the project development from conception through completion in accordance with program objectives. You'll provide design and construction oversight and resolve complex construction project related issues, disputes and disagreements. As the onsite Owners Representative, you'll be responsible for ensuring not only the progress and technical performance of a project, but also the schedule, cost, scope and safety of the team. Onsite employees are expected to attend a Jacobs Workplace on a full-time basis, as required by the nature of their role. Here's What You'll Need

Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field, or equivalent combination of healthcare and significant related experience. 5+ years of related design and construction project management experience Strong working knowledge of design, pre-construction, building systems components and technology, contract management (GMP/ lump sum), team building and client relationship building Experience delivering OSHPD 1 Projects Experience delivering new construction projects Ideally, you will also have: Worked on a project delivering a new OSHPD 1 facility Certified Construction Manager (CCM), CM-Lean, DBIA Professional, Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license/certification #WestPMCM Posted Salary Range

The base salary range for this position is $125,500.00 to $172,500.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
