Hr Recruiter Opportunity

The Atlantic Region CBO is seeking a dynamic and talented HR Recruiter. The primary responsibility of the HR Recruiter is to assist in the full life cycle recruitment for the Atlantic Region central business office. Will also develop recruitment techniques, strategies and action plans to identify and implement new methods for sourcing candidates and generating new leads. Key Responsibilities
Assists HR department in full life cycle recruitment for the ARCBO. Develop recruitment techniques, strategies and action plans to identify and implement new methods for sourcing candidates and generating new leads. Provide recruiting and staffing services for ARCBO positions. Sources, screens and interviews candidates for ARCBO positions/openings, managing both internal and external applicant flow. Provide guidance to the ARCBO to make sure recruiting process runs efficiently, trouble shoots and problem solves where needed, as well as lead HR on all transition calls for the markets. Maintain weekly/monthly recruitment report. Provide interviewing and hiring training to ARCBO leaders as needed and assists with other HR related projects on an as needed basis. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
