We're looking for a Marketing Lead to bring structure, strategy, and execution to our most important marketing initiatives. You'll sit at the center of our marketing org, connecting Growth, Social, Partnerships, Field, Product and Data
ensuring the highest?impact ideas get built, shipped, and scaled. This is a high?visibility role where you'll turn opportunity into results and keep the entire marketing engine running at its best. What You'll Do:
Turn ideas into growth: Launch new initiatives across community, product, and field that create measurable business impact. Advance proven initiatives: Take existing programs, refine execution, and scale them into consistent, repeatable growth levers. Operate with a strategic lens: Apply a business? and data?driven approach to ensure we're focused on the highest?impact opportunities. Leverage data for decision?making: Collaborate with the data team to build dashboards and reporting that guide priorities and track results. Prioritize high?ROI programs: Partner with Field and Partnerships to identify what's working, scale it, and reallocate resources away from what's not. Enable high?level execution: Build the operational structure, processes, and alignment needed to transform strategic initiatives into market?shaping outcomes. What You Bring:
Operator's mindset: Experience in marketing strategy, product operations, or business operations within a high?growth consumer company. Strategic executor: Ability to translate ideas into actionable plans, pilots, and scalable programs. Data fluency: Skilled at partnering with analytics teams to design frameworks that track and validate performance. Cross?functional influence: Able to align and mobilize teams to deliver results. Growth orientation: Constantly scanning for new levers to drive acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. Bias for action: Operates with urgency, resourcefulness, and a solution?oriented mindset. Actual compensation will vary based on multiple factors, including skills, experience, market conditions, and role scope, which may evolve during the hiring process. As a fast-growing Series B startup, Fi evaluates compensation opportunistically to align with the right candidate. This role is also eligible for equity compensation.
