Key Responsibilities Full P&L ownership: drive financial performance, margin improvement, and cost discipline. Lead Opex management initiatives to ensure efficient resource allocation and cost control. Establish and cascade clear performance goals aligned with business strategy. Integrate company policies and procedures into daily business unit operations. Oversee production KPIs, quality metrics, and lean process initiatives to meet business targets. Monitor operations to proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks and performance issues. Collaborate with Quality Director to uphold and continuously improve quality standards. Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team; foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and development. Partner with HR to support workforce planning, staffing, and talent development. Strengthen internal and external customer relationships to drive service excellence and revenue growth. Lead strategic planning for new opportunities, market trends, and promotional activities.
