Venatus is expanding its presence in the U.S. market, and we are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Head of Enterprise Sales to drive new publisher partnerships in the gaming and entertainment space. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing high-value publisher partnerships to grow our premium inventory and expand our footprint in the U.S. digital advertising ecosystem. You will be the face of Venatus, building relationships with key decision-makers, negotiating strategic deals, and ensuring that partners get the best possible value from Venatus products. This is a high-impact, high-reward role suited for someone with strong enterprise sales experience, a hunter mentality, and the ability to drive new business in a fast-growing industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Publisher Operations, Publisher Success, Product and Engineering, to deliver best-in-class advertising solutions to our publisher partners. This is an exciting opportunity to play a foundational role in shaping Venatus' U.S. expansion strategy, influencing how we engage with the biggest players in digital advertising, and driving meaningful revenue growth. What You'll Do

1. Drive New Business & Secure Publisher Partnerships Own the entire sales cyclefrom prospecting to pitching, negotiating, and closing high-value publisher partnerships. Identify, research, and engage with top-tier gaming and entertainment publishers. Build a robust pipeline of new publishers and continuously explore opportunities to grow our inventory. Position Venatus as the go-to monetization partner, helping publishers maximize ad revenue through our direct and programmatic solutions. 2. Build & Strengthen Strategic Relationships Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers, including publishers, media owners, and independent developers. Lead face-to-face meetings, virtual presentations, and industry networking to showcase Venatus' capabilities. Act as a trusted advisor, guiding partners on ad monetization strategies, header bidding, and yield optimization. Work closely with internal teams (PubOps, Product, and Publisher Success) to ensure long-term publisher success. 3. Develop & Execute a Winning Sales Strategy Define a go-to-market strategy tailored to the U.S. gaming and entertainment publishing industry. Leverage data-driven insights to refine outreach tactics, personalize pitches, and improve win rates. Track and analyze key sales metrics, providing regular reports on pipeline growth and revenue impact. Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging monetization technologies to maintain a competitive edge. 4. Lead Technical & Commercial Negotiations Present and explain Venatus' monetization solutions, including direct ad sales, programmatic, and header bidding. Handle contract negotiations, structuring competitive financial terms that drive mutual growth. Work alongside finance, and technical teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration for new partners. 5. Play a Key Role in Venatus' U.S. Expansion Serve as a regional expert, identifying new business opportunities, industry events, and market trends. Advocate for U.S. publisher needs, working closely with product and leadership teams to influence Venatus' global strategy. Help define scalable processes to optimize publisher acquisition and ensure long-term success in the market. Requirements: Minimum of 5+ years of proven sales experience in enterprise software, digital media, or AdTech. Demonstrated success in driving large deals ($250,000+ ACV) across gaming, entertainment or sports industries. Strong solution-selling skills with a track record of exceeding sales targets and building long-term client relationships. Expertise in in-app, web, and mobile advertising, with a strong understanding of monetization strategies and ad formats across different platforms. Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic advertising, publisher operations, revenue management, and ad monetization strategies. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to independently manage high-level enterprise meetings.
