Maintenance Supervisor

Enhance the organization and efficiency of physical workspaces through the implementation of Shop Tools and Facilities system, focusing on shop safety, 5S, and precision tools. Supervise daily work assignments, including reactive, corrective, planned, and condition-based maintenance, in coordination with the Maintenance Planner/Scheduler. Prioritize and allocate resources in response to production and schedule demands. Responsibilities

Actively participate in site DMS meetings with maintenance metrics reporting responsibilities. Track and report weekly maintenance KPIs such as PM and Corrective Completion, Backlog, Work Order aging, Mean Time to Complete, Breakdowns, Defects. Provide leadership in troubleshooting and resolving breakdowns and reliability losses with cross-functional teams. Drive failures to root cause using Breakdown Elimination processes. Contribute to equipment maintenance strategy improvements using inputs from the maintenance team, breakdown elimination findings, defect trends, and equipment condition monitoring. Essential Skills

Proficiency in electrical systems, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance management. Ability to supervise maintenance tasks and personnel effectively. Experience in PLC troubleshooting, pneumatics, hydraulics, industrial settings, and blueprint and schematic interpretation. Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). Additional Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 5+ years of maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Knowledge and skills in general construction, electronic systems, microprocessors, mechanical systems (production/process, refrigeration, boilers, HVAC, hydraulics, pneumatics). Working knowledge of food plant production and processing equipment preferred. Familiarity with SAP, occupational hazards, safety, EPA regulations, USDA, and sanitation standards preferred. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/yr. The base salary range for this position is $66,375 to $110,625 annually with eligibility for a 10% annual incentive bonus that is based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
