Capital Formation Manager
B Capital is seeking a smart, driven, and adaptable Capital Formation Manager to work closely with our Co-CEO across all aspects of Capital Formation, fundraising, and strategic projects. In this fast-paced role, you will serve as a key thought partnerproviding operational support, helping drive meetings and events, and ensuring top-tier communication both internally and externally. You'll bring strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and an action-oriented mindset to help us meet our ambitious goals. Key Responsibilities: Travel with and support the Co-CEO in his fundraising efforts, and manage related communications with investors Prepare for and attend meetings and conferences with the Co-CEO, driving follow-ups and action items to resolution Develop an understanding of firm priorities and work with Co-CEO in collaboration with various team members to help coordinate priority project completion Support the planning, preparation, and implementation of various Co-CEO led events and initiatives Manage the Co-CEO's social media accounts in collaboration with Marketing team Support strategic projects for the Co-CEO, including development of partnership decks and other high-priority materials Please note that this is a non-investment role and will not track towards the investment team. Candidate Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field 35 years of experience in Investor Relations, Capital Formation, or with a top-tier consulting firm Highly effective communicatorboth written and verbalwith excellent interpersonal skills Sharp problem-solving ability, resourcefulness, and a "get-it-done" attitude Strong attention to detail, with the ability to thrive under pressure Proven experience drafting communications, presentations, memos, and public remarks on behalf of senior executives Highly proficient in PowerPoint, with the ability to rapidly create polished, high-quality presentations under tight deadlines Track record of operational excellenceable to streamline company processes, manage multiple projects, and drive progress toward goals Demonstrated grit, scrappiness, and intellectual curiosity; able to quickly grasp complex business concepts and execute at a high level Willingness and ability to travel >50% of the time About B Capital: B Capital invests globally in extraordinary founders and businesses shaping the future through technology.
