Customer Service Representative

In addition to competitive pay, we offer our associates the following benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability insurance 401(k) plan with company match Paid Time-Off Employee Stock Purchase Plan Employee Vehicle Purchase Program Professional work environment, with job training and advancement opportunities Responsibilities: Manage appointment bookings (phone/internet) Contact present customers (phone, email) to maintain and improve customer loyalty Loaner vehicle management Some office/accounting duties Assist with meeting and greeting service customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner Engage with customers waiting for their vehicles in the customer lounge Oversee customer contact reports and make calls for follow-up Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company's vision, mission, and values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and suppliers Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Automotive experience preferred Great attitude with a high-energy personality Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and work ethic Ability to work well in a process-driven environment Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written forms Valid driver's license All applicants must pass pre-employment testing, which includes background checks, MVR, and drug testing, to qualify for employment.
