Multi Craft Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a 1st shift Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical and electrical industrial equipment and components. The role involves performing both preventative and reactive maintenance on plastic injection equipment, blow motors, pumps, hydraulics, and pneumatics. The successful candidate will collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime, maintain accurate maintenance records, and implement improvements to enhance overall efficiency. Candidates should have the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics, and possess relevant education or certifications with experience in industrial settings. Responsibilities
Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on plastic injection equipment, blow motors, pumps, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical industrial equipment. Collaborate with production teams to minimize equipment downtime. Maintain accurate maintenance records. Implement improvements to enhance overall equipment efficiency. Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints, and hydraulic blueprints. Essential Skills
5+ years of industrial maintenance experience. 5+ years of mechanical troubleshooting experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and pumps. 5+ years of electrical troubleshooting experience up to 480v 3-phase. Experience with plastic injection equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Formal training, degree, or certification in relevant fields. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Industrial certificates or degrees. PLC troubleshooting skills. Welding or fabrication skills. Ownership of a toolbox and basic tools. Why Work Here
