As a Sr. Director of Strategic Growth for Healthful Solutions, you'll be at the forefront of shaping Ingredion's innovation strategy in metabolic and digestive healthdriving growth through cutting-edge product development, strategic partnerships, and M&A alignment. This role offers the opportunity to lead a global ecosystem of cross-functional teams, transforming insights into impactful solutions that redefine healthful living. What you will do: Lead strategy development for Healthful Solutions to achieve revenue and profit goals Collaborate with leadership to design innovative growth strategies and business models Drive customer engagement through tailored proposals and lead generation Develop and manage the innovation roadmap for metabolic and digestive health Partner with Corporate M&A and Ventures to align external growth opportunities Oversee competitive intelligence to identify and address global gaps in products, operations, and talent Guide cross-functional teams in data-driven strategy execution and inclusive problem-solving What you will bring: Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering or business field. MBA preferred At least 10 years' experience within a operating company's strategy, go to market function with demonstrated experience developing growth strategies and business development Deep expertise in developing customer and external partnerships Ability to develop and execute business strategies for complex companies or business lines Who you are: Business savvy - possessing deep business and financial acumen Market expert - sound knowledge of customer brands, market dynamics, and industry insights Growth driver - proven track record of managing and driving profit generating messaging in a new capability or business Influencer - proven capability influencing management and leading cross-functional, cross-regional teams through processes to gain alignment on vision and strategy Why join Ingredion? Incentive Compensation: As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
