Digital Media Producer
The Digital Media Producer will support CHIME and the DHX Media team by leading the production, coordination, and delivery of digital events and multimedia content. This role ensures seamless execution of digital programsincluding webinars, virtual summits, LinkedIn Lives, podcasts, and social videoto engage CHIME audiences across all channels. Duties and Responsibilities Serve as the primary producer for digital events, including social media live streams (e.g., LinkedIn Live), webinars, and virtual summits across the entire CHIME enterprise. Manage streaming platforms (Zoom, StreamYard, etc), coordinating all technical requirements for live and recorded events. Oversee event production end-to-end, including pre-production planning, practice sessions with participants, and post-production editing. Collaborate with the project management team to coordinate guest speakers, session details, and meet contractual deliverables. Edit and repurpose video content for distribution across CHIME's marketing and media channels. Produce, record, and edit podcasts, preparing episodes for publication on CHIME platforms. Upload and manage all video and podcast assets across primary streaming and hosting platforms. Create and edit video content to support social media campaigns, websites, and other digital marketing needs. Repackage existing content into engaging, bite-sized assets for distribution across multiple channels. Support graphic design needs to enhance the quality of digital content and event branding. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required. Proficiency in video production, editing, and podcast production. Strong working knowledge of streaming platforms and virtual event best practices. Experience facilitating practice sessions and managing technical event elements with diverse participants. Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Audition, Photoshop, etc.) or similar production tools. Strong communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels of professionals. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. Ability to effectively work in a small team as well as member relationships to accomplish CHIME projects and goals. Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once. Discipline to successfully work without close supervision. Strong organizational and negotiation skills, creativity, and strategic thinking. Strong written and verbal presentation skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a positive attitude are imperative. Must be a team player and able to work with diverse personalities with various levels of knowledge and skill. Must demonstrate a professional, engaged, curious and consultative nature and good judgment. Must have the ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic, demanding and fluid environment and maintain a can-do attitude. This is a remote based position. Some travel will be required. Must be located in the United States.
