Regular position in ALANA Services at the College Center. Full-time employment with a compensation range of $53,040.00 - $66,300.00. Anticipated start date is July 18, 2025. Position Duties Success Coaching: Support the holistic success of students by providing year-round coaching and guidance throughout their undergraduate careers. Address self-care, socio-emotional well-being, and career-related issues. Proactively monitor student progress and performance, analyze problem areas, and conduct intervention strategies. Ensure incoming students work through the new student checklist and make appropriate referrals for academic and personal student issues. Student Advising and Caseload: Manage a caseload of students and assist them with navigating their academic experience. Assist undergraduates with academic success strategies, exploration of majors and minors, and development of post-graduation plans. Conduct group advising sessions and workshops, track student progress, and provide early interventions for at-risk students. Messina and Student Events: Participate in summer orientation sessions and Fall Welcome Weekend. Serve as a Messina Mentor, working collaboratively with faculty and student leaders to plan and implement enrichment sessions for first-year students. Facilitate enrichment sessions, complete paperwork for Messina working groups, and advocate for mitigating barriers to student success. Education Required: Master's degree Education Preferred: Not specified Other Professional Licensures: Not specified Work Experience: 1 - 3 years Describe Required Experience: At least one year of relevant experience including advising, holistic coaching, or student development experience is required. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Passion for working with diverse student populations, knowledge of student development theory, ability to manage holistic advising, and excellent communication skills.
