As a Program Manager, youll oversee full Request for Proposal (RFP) packages, including Performance Work Statements. Youll oversee the development of procurement request packages and be responsible for the safe storage and handling of sensitive documents. Youll provide acquisition expertise regarding all statutory, regulatory, and policy updates impacting each projects success. From building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders to obtaining concurrence, youll lead meaningful acquisition support. Experience supporting U.S. government contracts and customers Knowledge of the DoD Adaptive Acquisition Framework Secret clearance Masters degree and 6+ years of experience in program and project management, or 10+ years of experience in program and project management in lieu of a degree Nice If You Have:

Ability to display a collaborative management style and an inherent drive to deliver on commitments Possession of excellent interpersonal skills Top Secret clearance Project Management Professional Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individuals particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allens total compensation package for employees.
