Marketing Promotions Representative

Job Overview: Responsible for scheduling, planning, executing, attending, and supervising events and promotions with the purpose of enhancing the guest experience, strengthening guest relationships, and increasing profitability. Partners with departments to provide guidance, orchestrate resources, and communicate details regarding events/promotions. Coordinates all logistical components of the events and promotions from conception to completion within budget constraints. Illuminate Your Future: What You'll Do: Acts as a project lead, from conception to completion, by successfully executing promotions and events within budget constraints. Partners with internal departments and outside vendors, coordinates logistics, producing, proofing, editing, installing, removing collateral material, providing resources, distributing promotional items, registering guests and partnering with Club M leadership in assisting with staffing and providing work direction during events. Assists in the development of proposals and outlines for special events and promotions. Ensures all proposals are submitted on-time and meet regulatory requirements. Generates comprehensive creative briefs that include creative guidance, material requests, and specific deadlines. Analyzes and reports on Marketing promotions and special events. Build matrices and prize structures that align with reinvestment and revenue goals. Generates casino play reports, receives final data (attendance, hotel rooms booked, reserved tickets, tickets issued, etc.). Completes event proforma and wrap-up report, evaluating the success of the promotion or special event. Organizes and maintains accurate records of events and promotions. Provides Business Intelligence with necessary information on special events and promotions. Assists in tracking event-related expenses. Partners with the Digital and Media Strategy team in updating the property website and social media. Coordinates and assists at special events (i.e., New Year's Eve, Off-Site Events) Job Requirements: Any combination of post-high school education in Business, Marketing or a related field or equivalent work experience totaling at least two years; including a minimum of one or more years of professional marketing experience in a corporate setting (gaming environment preferred) to include event planning and promotions. Promotional and special event planning experience. Experience with Microsoft Office suite or related software. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills.
